Notice of HOA Board Vacancy
The Cameron Pond HOA Board of Directors announces an upcoming vacancy on the Board. Directors are elected for a three-year term at the HOA’s Annual Meeting that is held every year in January. Homeowners interested in serving on the Board should make their candidacy known by contacting board@cameronpond.com and plan to attend the annual meeting. Please contact board@cameronpond.com for additional Information.
Duties of Cameron Pond HOA Board members include, but are not limited to the following:
Review and understand all the HOA's governing documents, such as the bylaws, covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), and day-to-day operating rules.
Enforce provisions of the declaration, articles, and bylaws for the ownership and management of the association.
Negotiate and preside over the terms and conditions of all Cameron Pond HOA contracts for goods and services provided to the Community.
Review/Prepare budgets and financial statements for the association
Decide on annual and other periodic or ad hoc spending priorities for the association
Attend regular monthly meetings at the Omega Management Association offices in Cary, NC. The Board meetings are currently held on select Wednesday each month from 8:30AM to 11:30AM.
