What is the HOA Board meeting Schedule and where can I find Meeting Minutes?
The HOA Executive Board meets once monthly at the Omega Association Management offices at 160 NE Maynard Rd #210, Cary, NC 27513. Check the Events Calendar for a schedule of the next Board meetings and minutes. Please note that a login to Omega’s website is required to access Community documents, including Board meeting minutes.
Special Note:
To help reduce the spread of Covid-19, all meetings of the Board of Directors are to be held virtually via Microsoft Teams or other means as provided by Omega. This will remain in place until such time when in-person meetings can safely resume.
Who Should I call if Pet waste stations or Trash Cans are Full?

Do I need to submit an ARchitecture REVIEW FORM To CHANGE THE EXTERIOR PAINT COLORs of my Home?
Yes, an Architecture Review Committee (ARC) form is required for all changes to the exterior of homes within our Community. An ARC form is not required when sticking with the original paint colors.
DO I need ARC approval to change the color of my Shingles?
Shingles colors other than the black, gray or brown range shall be submitted to the Architecture Review Committee for review and approval prior to beginning construction.
